About the Team

At Outreach, Business Systems’ mission is to enable and enhance corporate processes at scale.  We are a centralized team providing a suite of services to other Outreachers, helping them to efficiently serve our customers and each other. We are building the team around strong critical thinkers - individuals who can navigate ambiguity and help us along our journey of discovery and transformation.

The Role

Outreach is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Business Systems team as a TPM aligned closely to our Finance systems portfolio. This role owns the strategy and execution across our end-to-end Finance technology stack, spanning ERP, procurement, expense management, and HR financial workflows.

The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise systems experience, strong cross-functional instincts, and the technical fluency to navigate integrations across a modern Finance tech stack.

You'll partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations leadership to drive delivery, shape system strategy, and build durable program practices for a high-visibility portfolio.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Own the TPM strategy for Outreach's Finance systems portfolio, serving as the primary program lead across ERP, procurement, expense, and financial operations tooling
  • Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale Finance system initiatives, including milestones, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication across Finance, Engineering, and Operations
  • Develop and execute project plans that span multiple teams and systems; proactively identify and resolve blockers across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Navigate shifting requirements and evolving business needs by refining scope, clarifying intent, and realigning delivery expectations with stakeholders
  • Drive UAT coordination with business stakeholders, ensuring readiness across Finance workflows before production deployment
  • Build and maintain program-level communication rhythms, tailored for both executive sponsors and cross-functional leads
  • Manage cross-functional delivery challenges with limited precedent; drive convergence in complex decision spaces involving Finance, IT, and external vendors
  • Establish and scale QA checkpoints, integration planning practices, and change management processes within the Finance systems portfolio
  • Advise on tooling decisions, integration strategy, and platform trade-offs across the Finance systems landscape
  • Informally guide TPM best practices across the team; contribute to cross-team execution frameworks and delivery culture
  •

Our Vision of You:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 2 years on enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions (NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage shifting requirements across multi-stakeholder environments; experience aligning Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams around shared delivery goals
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations — able to translate business requirements into technical inputs and flag risks proactively
  • Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and driving accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Finance-adjacent tools such as Concur, Workday, ZipHQ, or similar platforms is a strong plus
  • Proficient in defect/issue tracking tools such as Jira; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, up to executive level
  • Self-starter who identifies quality and delivery risks proactively, without waiting to be asked
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment preferred

Why You’ll Love It Here:

• Flexible time off
