  • Demonstrated experience developing competency-based adult-learning content, assessments, and facilitator materials.
  • Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills, including the ability to manage discussions and experiential learning activities.
  • Excellent writing, editing, organization, presentation-design, and quality-review skills.

  • Experience with leadership-development programs, training-needs assessments, learning-management systems, and blended learning.
  • Familiarity with Army leader-development doctrine, recruiting organizations, and military case-study development.

Measures of success

  • Training materials are accurate, engaging, instruction-ready, and available in required physical and digital formats.
  • Curriculum remains aligned to identified leadership gaps and Government-directed outcomes.
  • Backup delivery can occur without disruption or a material decline in training quality.
