Summary of Position

This role is responsible for leading execution, governance, process improvement, and operational excellence across strategic People initiatives. The Senior Manager partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Operations, HR Business Partners, HR Technology, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, visibility, and successful execution of People priorities. The position serves as an operational leader across the People function, helping establish structure, improve processes, manage governance routines, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Program Execution & Governance (35%)
• Lead execution of strategic People initiatives and complex cross-functional programs.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and governance documentation.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and governance updates.
• Facilitate governance routines and operational reviews.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence (35%)
• Identify, prioritize, and lead process improvement initiatives across the People function.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, governance tools, reporting frameworks, and operational playbooks.
• Improve efficiency, scalability, employee experience, and execution consistency.
• Leverage metrics, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to drive sustainable improvements.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Partnership (15%)
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and readiness discussions.
• Influence outcomes without direct authority.

Organizational Readiness, Transformation & M&A Support (15%)
• Support integration, transformation, and organizational change initiatives.
• Coordinate readiness activities, communications, documentation, and execution support.
• Capture lessons learned and improve future readiness practices.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, governance, operational excellence, business operations, HR operations, transformation, consulting, vendor governance, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building processes, governance routines, operating cadences, or scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience facilitating governance reviews, business reviews, executive updates, or strategic planning discussions.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong project and program management expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
