Job description

Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Equifax’s US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit is seeking a Director of Solution Sales Executives to join our Identity and Fraud Services sales team. The USIS business unit transforms massive consumer and commercial datasets into actionable consumer and commercial risk, identity and fraud, and data-driven marketing insights that create a competitive advantage for our customers and open new opportunities for consumers.

The Identity and Fraud solutions prevent threats with real-time insights, advanced verification tools, and seamless orchestration. From onboarding to compliance, they help our clients protect every touchpoint while improving customer experiences.

In this sales leadership role, you will oversee a team of 9 Solution Sales Executives (SSEs), who are consultative sales specialists helping enterprise customers solve complex identity, fraud, and payments challenges. The SSEs are subject matter experts (SMEs) on this suite of solutions and overlay with accounts teams across the USIS business unit.

You will be a true player-coach -- leading from the front by partnering on our largest opportunities while building a high-performing team that consistently wins.

What you will do

  • Lead & Develop: Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of SSEs
  • Drive Strategic Deals: Partner with Account Executives on top enterprise opportunities, executive presentations, and complex negotiations
  • Accelerate Growth: Expand pipeline, improve win rates, and increase deal size across the business
  • Coach & Mentor: Train your team on consultative selling, deal strategy, and enterprise sales execution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to refine our go-to-market strategy and translate customer feedback into product insights
  • Operational Excellence: Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, and rigorous sales discipline

What experience you need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • Sales Leadership: 7-10+ years of combined experience managing B2B sales teams, preferably within the identity and fraud space, plus prior direct sales experience
  • Scale & Scope: Proven track record of managing large-scale revenue portfolios and consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar growth quotas
  • Industry Sophistication: Experience navigating complex ecosystems and a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, business-driven outcomes
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence at the C-suite level and command a room during public speaking engagements

What could set you apart

  • Product Expertise: Direct experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, payments, or compliance solutions
  • Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, etc.) and advanced pipeline analytics
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Experience building budgets and annual operating plans
  • Matrixed Partnerships: Proven success collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to close strategic deals
