Job Description:

Designs and develops engaging learning activities and compelling course content to enhance retention and transfer rate. Collaborates with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs. Develops instructional materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia content. Applies instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences. Integrates multimedia elements like videos, graphics, and audio to enhance learning. Creates assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness. Continuously updates and improves course content based on feedback and learning analytics. Manages and organizes course materials and resources for easy access and use. Provides support and guidance to learners throughout the course. Other duties as assigned. Utilizes a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including simulations, role-playing, and interactive activities. Conducts research and analysis to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.

  • Ability to develop workflows and business procedures [Required]
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills [Required]
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements [Required]
  • Advanced instructional software development skills in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise [Required]
  • Advanced skillsets with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative software suite tools [Required]
  • Experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment [Required]
  • Experience with audio/video editing and animation software [Required]
  • Business and ROI-minded, performance improvement driven [Required]
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Visio, and other planning and presentation software [Required]
  • Experience working in contact center environments [Preferred]
  • Experience conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast [Preferred]
  • Advanced skillset with SharePoint platform site development [Preferred]
  • Experience working with Epic EMR System [Preferred]


Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]


Field of Study:

  • in Education, Instructional Design, Training or other related discipline
  • instructional design, educational technology or similar


Work Experience:

  • 2+ learning design and development [Required]
  • 5+ learning design and development [Preferred]
  • Change Management Experience [Preferred]
