We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Advanced Collections, Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR), and PL/SQL to support and enhance enterprise Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role is ideal for professionals who have deep technical knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, custom development, integrations, and production support while delivering scalable and business-critical financial solutions.

As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions with a primary focus on Advanced Collections and Accounts Receivable. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, reports, and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and support critical business processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integration initiatives in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS technical solutions with a focus on Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects to support business requirements.
  • Build and support Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, conversions, reports, and workflows (RICEW components).
  • Develop integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, and other enterprise integration technologies.
  • Support Oracle EBS production environments by troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle EBS security, responsibilities, menus, user access, and role management.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform performance tuning for PL/SQL code, concurrent programs, and database objects to optimize application performance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, deployment activities, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Oracle development standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS enhancements while ensuring system stability and compliance.

  • 9+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in technical consulting or development roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX)Accounts Receivable (AR), and Oracle Financials.
  • Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, including performance tuning, package development, stored procedures, functions, and database programming.
  • Experience developing Oracle EBS integrations using APIs, Open Interfaces, XML Publisher, Web Services, and concurrent programs.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, RICEW objects, workflows, and security configuration.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS production environments, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 environments, upgrades, and technical maintenance activities.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across technical and functional teams.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality Oracle EBS solutions in a remote enterprise environment.
