We are hiring a Project Portfolio Manager to join our Change Portfolio Management team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how change happens in a complex organization from idea and prioritization, to governance, delivery alignment, reporting, and value realization.

As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will support the development, governance, and prioritization of a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, delivery approaches are aligned, and investment decisions are supported by relevant portfolio insights.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of banking process workflows, able to connect strategic objectives with operational execution and support continuous improvement within the portfolio.

How you will contribute

  • The role acts as a facilitator between business and technical teams, helping shape delivery plans, assess implementation options, and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and execution;
  • Support the governance, coordination, and prioritization of change initiatives across an assigned portfolio;
  • Contribute to strategic planning, investment prioritization, and portfolio-level decision-making;
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to clarify objectives, scope, dependencies, costs, and implementation approaches;
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall delivery principles, ensuring that delivery models are properly aligned with the change management process;
  • Prepare clear portfolio reporting and insights for senior and executive stakeholders;
  • Facilitate discussions around implementation solutions, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes;
  • Map, review, and redesign workflows and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery quality;
  • Promote strong governance, accountability, collaboration, and value-focused execution across the portfolio.

What will help you be successful

  • 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services;
  • At least 1 year of experience in portfolio management or 2 years of experience in project management;
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, portfolio governance, prioritization, and reporting.
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks;
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and preparing clear, decision-oriented materials;
  • Strong process mindset, with hands-on experience or strong interest in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process redesign;
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, structure complex topics, and connect business needs with delivery execution;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced English and solid Microsoft Office skills.
