Job description

Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to help drive revenue growth for Games Global across the US market. You'll own relationships with operators from first conversation through launch and beyond; identifying new business, negotiating commercial deals, and making sure our content lands with customers in a way that works for everyone. This is a high-visibility role: the US market is a key strategic priority for Games Global, and you'll be one of the people shaping how we grow here.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target new business by tapping into your existing industry network, researching new markets, and opening dialogue with operators and stakeholders across the gaming industry.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of operators, building long-term strategic relationships as part of a wider partnerships team.
  • Sell Games Global's games content and related products to operators, working closely with our Games Sales specialists.
  • Own commercial negotiations end-to-end — prioritizing and engaging prospects and customers and delivering results in line with Games Global's strategic vision.
  • Partner with the Games Team to schedule and promote content launches in a way that maximizes revenue while aligning with each customer's own launch strategy.
  • Manage the full sales and onboarding cycle, from negotiation through to customer launch and beyond, ensuring a great experience at every stage.
  • Forecast and manage key account metrics and balance internal resourcing against revenue potential.
  • Analyze market intelligence and feed insights into Games Global's broader business development strategy.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to our Product team to help shape the future product roadmap.
Qualifications:
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to formulate action plans to mitigate risk/issues
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of how to generate results in a complex commercial environment.
  • Experience of upselling and revenue generation.
  • Ability to manage and develop a target driven, high performing team
  • Ability to drive and deliver results in a fast paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically particularly with regards to problem solving / issue management.
