Overview:

Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about building strong relationships in a fast-paced commercial environment? 

 

We're looking for an Associate Partnership Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you'll support the Partnership Team by providing administrative and operational assistance while managing a portfolio of customer accounts. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of partnership activities and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to develop a career in partnership management within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Partnership Team. 

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery. 

  • Managing a portfolio of smaller customer accounts, providing timely support and maintaining positive customer relationships. 

  • Coordinating and tracking key partnership activities, including: 

  • Contract addendums and updates. 

  • Operator administrative support. 

  • Maintaining onboarding documentation. 

  • Updating internal documentation and processes. 

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of company and industry events. 

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analysis. 

  • Participating in team meetings and documenting actions where required. 

  • Providing general administrative support across the Partnership Team. 

  • Supporting Partnership Managers with day-to-day operational activities. 

  • Identifying opportunities to improve team processes and operational efficiency. 

  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the business by demonstrating our company values in every interaction. 

  • Proactively contributing ideas to support the continued success of the team and wider business. 

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. 

Essential 

  • At least 2 years' of U.S. Gaming experience providing administrative support in a customer-focused environment. 

  • Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional activities. 

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications. 

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Desirable 

  • Experience within the iGaming industry. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 

  • Experience in supporting commercial or account management teams. 

  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining customer documentation.
