Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer – Agentforce & Sales Cloud to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Copado CI/CD.

 

You'll design and develop AI-powered Salesforce solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver scalable applications that enhance customer engagement and business operations.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and custom applications.
  • Build AI-powered business capabilities using Salesforce Agentforce, including custom actions, prompts, topics, and conversational workflows.
  • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex services, Data Cloud, and external enterprise applications.
  • Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce while following platform best practices.
  • Build and maintain enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
  • Utilize Copado for source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements to improve performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Expertise creating custom Agentforce actions, prompts, topics, and integrations.
  • Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience integrating Agentforce with Salesforce Flows, Apex, Data Cloud, and external systems.
  • Experience with Copado for CI/CD, version control, and release management.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, CRM concepts, and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, security, automation, and declarative development tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Experience with OmniStudio.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Experience

  • 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and customization.
  • Proven experience building AI-enabled Salesforce solutions using Agentforce.
  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
