What You’ll Do:

  • Source and identify potential suppliers across South East Asia, conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits.
  • Engage in new product introduction efforts during ramp within internal stakeholders. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain, schedule, cost, quality goals.
  • Engage with manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products.
  • Develop relationships with partners and knowledge of factory's capabilities and limitations.
  • Develop and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy that outlines the commodity enablement plan along with a clear product roadmap.

About You:

  • 3+ years ops experience, preferably in high tech industry.
  • Current knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.
  • Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management.
  • Experienced in operations or technical program management roles preferred.
  • English proficiency.
  • Need to travel to china for 25% of the time.
