Telecare is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at the Tumwater Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) Center. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services to adults receiving inpatient psychiatric treatment while serving as a key advocate in their recovery journey.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Clinician, you will play a critical role in treatment planning, care coordination, and recovery-focused services, including:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health, psychosocial, and risk assessments
• Complete mental health evaluations and contribute to diagnostic clarification
• Develop individualized treatment plans and recovery goals
• Coordinate care with hospitals, outpatient providers, housing agencies, courts, and community partners
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, and peer support professionals
• Attend court hearings and provide clinical documentation and testimony related to involuntary treatment proceedings when required
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and discharge planning
• Support members served in transitioning successfully to community-based services and ongoing recovery supports

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation

Starting Salary: $80,168.40 – $84,024.91

Full Salary Range: Up to $100,015.91

Starting pay is based on relevant experience, education, licensure, and qualifications.

What You'll Bring

• Active and unrestricted Washington State licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Minimum one year of post-master's direct clinical experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness
• Strong assessment, documentation, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and ability to use a personal vehicle for occasional business purposes

About Tumwater Evaluation & Treatment Center

Telecare operates the Tumwater Evaluation & Treatment Center in Tumwater, Washington. This secure 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility serves adults who meet criteria for treatment under Washington's Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA).
