$25.14 - $35.24The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
This position primarily serves as the time-as-reported Class Notes and copy editor for Rochester Review, the University of Rochester’s twice-yearly flagship magazine. Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads Class Notes and proofreads the full print magazine and selected digital adaptations. Also provides targeted copyediting and proofreading support for enrollment marketing materials and select brand marketing materials. Ensures copy is accurate, clear, consistent, and aligned with applicable house and University editorial and brand style, with hours concentrated around the spring and fall magazine cycles.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
