How you will make history here...

Lead execution of the Healthcare segment strategy within North America Foodservice by driving profitable growth across acute care, senior living, post-acute, rehabilitation, and broader healthcare foodservice environments. This role translates Campbell’s segment priorities into clear customer plans, distributor activation, operator pull-through, and GPO-aligned execution while bringing strategic healthcare expertise to both corporate planning and field/customer-facing engagement.

What you will do...

  • Serve as the Healthcare segment execution leader within NAFS, translating segment strategy into focused customer, distributor, and operator activation plans.
  • Own performance across the Healthcare segment portfolio, including revenue, profitability, penetration, and execution against annual operating plan priorities.
  • Drive segment execution across key Healthcare care settings, including acute care, senior living, rehabilitation, and post-acute, tailoring plans to the operational and patient/resident needs of each setting.
  • Build and activate segment-specific customer plans with healthcare accounts, prioritizing opportunities that increase distribution, menu placement, conversion, and operator adoption.
  • Partner with distributors, brokers, and field sales resources to execute Healthcare-focused selling priorities and improve pull-through at the operator level.
  • Coordinate with Healthcare GPOs, strategic accounts, and contract stakeholders to align execution plans, maximize contract leverage, and accelerate compliant growth opportunities.
  • Translate Healthcare segment insights—including clinical nutrition considerations, patient experience needs, labor challenges, and reimbursement pressures—into actionable commercial strategies and customer-facing solutions.
  • Support commercialization of innovations and product solutions that address Healthcare segment needs, partnering with Marketing, Culinary, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare operator trends, competitor activity, care-setting dynamics, and evolving customer requirements to inform segment priorities and selling strategies.
  • Represent the Healthcare segment in cross-functional planning forums, ensuring segment priorities, opportunities, and risks are embedded in commercial decision-making.
  • Bring a strategic Healthcare segment mindset to both internal corporate planning and external customer-facing execution, ensuring priorities are aligned, actionable, and commercially focused.
  • Engage brokers and core non-commercial field sales representatives to align priorities, support local account execution, strengthen operator relationships, and improve follow-through on healthcare opportunities.
  • Develop and manage customer, distributor, and field action plans that accelerate distribution expansion, menu placement, contract conversion, and measurable operator pull-through.
  • Manage and grow key GPO-aligned customers by identifying priority targets, aligning with GPO strategies, supporting customer-specific needs, and advancing compliant growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and support Campbell’s Healthcare presence at industry shows and customer conferences, including AHF, ANFP, key GPO-aligned customer conferences, and other strategic segment events, by defining objectives, targeting customers, selling stories, and post-event follow-up plans.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate segment performance, identify whitespace, and recommend actions to improve execution effectiveness and portfolio growth.
  • Act as a subject matter resource on healthcare segment execution, helping elevate internal understanding of care-setting needs, customer expectations, and effective go-to-market approaches.
  • Delivery of Healthcare segment AOP targets, including revenue, profitability, penetration, and execution effectiveness.
  • Segment execution plans for acute care, senior living, post-acute, and related care settings that identify priorities, growth opportunities, and activation strategies.
  • Improve healthcare operator pull-through through stronger distributor activation, customer alignment, field execution, and contract conversion.
  • Commercialization and adoption of healthcare-relevant innovation, menu solutions, and segment-specific selling programs.
  • Ongoing Healthcare segment performance reviews and recommendations that identify risks, whitespace, and actions to improve execution.
  • Actionable Healthcare segment insights that shape customer prioritization, resource deployment, go-to-market focus, and field execution priorities.
  • Strong representation of Campbell’s Healthcare segment strategy through customer engagement, industry presence, internal commercial leadership, and GPO-aligned customer account management.
