Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join us in spreading the power of Wiz across Central Europe. Based in the United Kingdom, you will report directly to the Director, Deal Desk, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Central European sales team. In this high-impact role, you will help structure complex enterprise deals that adhere to high standards, optimize commercial deal structures, and reflect Wiz’s capabilities and professionalism. As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our regional sales engine, driving revenue velocity, and supporting Wiz’s next phase of hyper-growth across DACH, CEE, and surrounding markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Deal Structuring: Act as a strategic partner to Central European Sales reps and leadership to structure, negotiate, and approve complex, non-standard enterprise deals aligned with business goals and margin targets.
  • Commercial Governance: Enforce regional discount structures, commercial guardrails, and corporate policies while maintaining agility and deal velocity across European markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with EMEA Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Tax, and Product teams to resolve complex European contracting requirements (including local compliance, data privacy considerations, and multi-currency terms).
  • Daily Operations & Office Hours: Drive day-to-day Deal Desk execution aligned with European working hours, host regular Deal Desk office hours for regional sales teams, and track/escalate critical or high-value "red deals" to EMEA leadership.
  • Process & System Optimization: Manage regional price lists, product SKUs, CPQ configurations, and quoting mechanisms within Salesforce, ensuring seamless multi-currency support (EUR, GBP, CHF).
  • Enablement & Playbooks: Co-own the European Deal Desk playbook, approval automation rules, and escalation matrix. Develop and deliver enablement programs to train regional sales teams on best practices, commercial terms, and deal submission processes.
  • Analytics & Insights: Partner with Business Intelligence to analyze regional deal metrics, sales cycles, discounting patterns, and customer behaviors across Central Europe to provide actionable feedback to Sales and Deal Desk Leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a fast-growing B2B enterprise SaaS company.
  • Regional Coverage: Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams covering Central Europe (specifically DACH, Benelux, or CEE regions).
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and enterprise CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub). High expertise with Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and deal analysis.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15), complex European multi-year contracting practices, local tax/billing nuances, and enterprise pricing models.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English, with a track record of building trust with regional Sales Leadership and managing cross-functional alignment across distributed European teams (German language skills are a strong plus).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking ability to evaluate complex, non-standard terms under pressure, balance risk versus reward, and deliver creative commercial solutions.
  • Work Authorization: Must possess full legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
