Job description

Were looking for a Remote QA Tester to join our team and ensure our products and services are flawless and user-friendly.

What You'll Do:

Test digital products, platforms, and tools to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to understand functionalities and expected outcomes.

Report and track issues clearly and efficiently using QA tools, following up to ensure timely resolutions.

Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and standards to enhance overall product quality.

Help ensure our digital solutions provide seamless, accessible, and enjoyable experiences for the performing arts community.

Who You Are:

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a passion for quality assurance.

Experienced in manual and/or automated testing, familiar with common QA methodologies and tools.

Comfortable working remotely, communicating effectively with diverse, distributed teams.

Curious and proactive, always eager to learn and improve both products and processes.

Interested in or passionate about the performing arts and the impact of creative technology.

Organized and able to manage multiple testing tasks and priorities in a timely manner
