Technical Program Manager

At Roomstay, we’re building technology that helps hotels generate more direct bookings and deliver a better online booking experience.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to help keep our product development running smoothly. You’ll work across engineering, customer success and leadership to make sure the right work gets prioritised, requirements are clear and projects are delivered.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, can communicate with both technical and non-technical people, and knows how to keep things moving without creating unnecessary process.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and maintain the product delivery roadmap.

• Prioritise work in collaboration with leadership, engineering and Customer Success.

• Manage Jira and help coordinate development and support workloads.

• Work with customers and our customer-facing team to understand, document and clarify requirements.

• Break down requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team.

• Track delivery, remove blockers and help ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Help improve the way we plan, prioritise and deliver product enhancements as the business grows.

About you

You’ll probably have experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management or Product Management.

You’ll also be someone who:

• communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders

• is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions

• understands how software is built, even if you’re not an engineer

• can balance customer needs with technical realities

• is proactive and comfortable taking ownership.

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Hospitality technology or hotel distribution platforms.

• Property Management Systems, booking engines or channel managers.

• Payment platforms or payment integrations.

• Working across engineering, product, sales and customer success teams in a growing SaaS business.

• Product management within the hotel technology industry.

None of these are essential. If you’ve built a strong delivery background in another SaaS environment, we’d still like to hear from you.
