Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist to optimize and support recruitment operations across the organization. Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist will bridge the gap between raw recruitment data and hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will extract, analyze, and visualize hiring metrics to help Cotiviti optimize their recruitment processes, reduce costs, and hire top talent efficiently & will also serve as a partner to Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders by driving process excellence, recruitment technology optimization, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
  • Analyze key TA performance indicators, including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Time-to-hire
    • Cost-per-hire
    • Source effectiveness
    • Offer acceptance rates
    • Recruiter productivity
    • Diversity hiring metrics
  • Synthesizing complex data into actionable presentations and executive-ready reports for leadership and hiring managers.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring reports.

 

Recruitment Technology & Systems

  • Serve as a primary administrator for ATS and recruiting technologies.
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, templates, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new recruiting tools and automation opportunities.

 

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership teams.
  • Supports relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, assessment providers, and recruiting technology vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service-level expectations are met.

 

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Support and optimize end-to-end recruitment operations and hiring workflows.
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all recruiting processes.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment SOPs, playbooks, and operational guidelines.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring demand forecasting initiatives.

 

Data Hygiene & Auditing: Auditing recruitment data across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards and analyzing recruitment data.
  • Understands Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or related functions.
  • Strong experience administering ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
