Job description

We're looking for a growth-focused commercial leader who thrives on creating opportunities where none currently exist. This is not a role focused on maintaining existing business. This is an opportunity to shape the future growth of the organization by identifying new markets, winning strategic customers, developing high-impact partnerships, and building a scalable business development engine.

You'll work directly with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that unlock new revenue opportunities, strengthen our market position, and accelerate profitable growth.

Job Summary

This executive will build and lead Bradshaw Home’s Strategic Growth & Business Development function. The successful candidate will identify new revenue opportunities, develop executive customer relationships, establish strategic partnerships, expand into new channels and categories, and create the commercial strategies that drive long-term growth. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to influence corporate strategy while building a high-performing commercial organization capable of delivering sustainable growth.

What You’ll Own

New Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic customer opportunities.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with key decision makers.
  • Create multi-year growth strategies with targeted accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations and enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build a healthy, predictable pipeline of new revenue opportunities.

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Develop the company's long-term growth roadmap.
  • Identify new channels, markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate adjacent growth opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Partner with executive leaders to prioritize growth investments.

Commercial Excellence

  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Operations.
  • Lead strategic customer initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Improve commercial processes and growth capabilities.
  • Drive accountability around revenue and profitability goals.

Team Development

  • Recruit and develop top commercial talent.
  • Establish a high-performance culture.
  • Coach teams in consultative selling, strategic account development, and value creation.

  • Strategic Growth Pipeline: Build and advance a robust pipeline of qualified growth opportunities capable of delivering sustained long-term revenue growth.
  • Strategic Customer & Opportunity wins: Secure 2-4 significant new customer, channel, or strategic opportunity wins
  • New Revenue Generated: Meet or exceed annual growth objective
  • Commercial Capability & Talent Development: Build a high-performing organization with succession plans for key leadership roles
  • Gross Margin Performance on New Business: Meet or exceed company profitability objectives

Pay and Benefits:

US$200,000.00 - US$220,000.00 Annually

Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.
