Senior Business Analyst (UI/UX & Financial Services)

• The Senior Business Analyst will join a dynamic Financial Services technology team focused on evaluating, designing, and optimizing core business models and system architectures. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy and user-centric technology solutions within the Financial Services and Retirement Services domains. The analyst will analyze current state processes, gather customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions while driving user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design standards.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering, elicit detailed functional and non-functional needs, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
• Assess current-state operations, model future-state business processes, and identify system optimization opportunities.
• Design and develop UI/UX requirements, wireframes, and interface workflows in close collaboration with product and software engineering teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across cross-functional technology initiatives within the financial and retirement services space.
• Facilitate solution workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to realign business models with modern technical capabilities.
• Implement best practices for business process design, management, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
