Job description

WHO WE ARE:

Quartile, the world's largest retail media optimization platform, is a trusted partner for multichannel e-commerce success. Through unmatched expertise and patented AI technology, we fuel growth for 5,300+ brands and sellers worldwide and manage an annual ad spend exceeding $2 billion. The award-winning platform covers major marketplaces and ad channels for optimal reach. The result is unprecedented granularity, smarter budgeting, and bespoke solutions for retailers.

Quartile is proud to be an equal opportunity employer with employees stemming from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. As a business, we value the enrichment that diversity brings to our organization and are committed to a culture that creates a sense of inclusion and belonging. We welcome new perspectives and affirm that all employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, familial or marital status, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a GTM Automation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team! In this role, you will be the central hub for platform ownership across our go-to-market technology stack — including tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Cloudingo, and SmartScout. You will combine deep technical fluency with business acumen to architect solutions that solve immediate operational challenges while building a scalable, future-ready GTM infrastructure. Partnering closely with sales leadership, marketing, and business stakeholders, you will identify pain points, design workflows, and ensure our technology investments deliver measurable impact on pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a closely related technical role
  • Demonstrated baseline knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user management
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3–4 of the following tools: Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Cloudingo, Typeform, HubSpot, SmartScout, or ChiliPiper
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, relational databases, and data modeling concepts
  • Ability to work confidently with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms without necessarily being a developer
  • Proficiency with data management tools and SQL basics for querying and analyzing data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across multiple interconnected systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to diverse, non-technical audiences
  • Extreme attention to detail when working with data, configurations, and system integrations
  • Self-directed learner who stays current with platform updates, vendor roadmaps, and emerging GTM technologies
  • English proficiency required — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement roles
  • Certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder)
  • Diverse experience with GTM applications & automation frameworks
  • Track record of successfully leading GTM technology implementations or migrations
  • Familiarity with common data integration patterns (ETL, real-time sync, batch processes)
  • Background in database design or data warehouse concepts

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Platform Ownership & Administration

  • Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of all non-Salesforce GTM platforms, ensuring systems are functioning at peak efficiency
  • Maintain baseline proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, serving as the central integration hub and source of truth for all GTM applications
  • Develop and enforce platform governance standards, documentation, and best practices across the entire technology stack
  • Proactively monitor system health, manage user access, and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal disruption to revenue-generating activities

 Integration & Workflow Architecture

  • Design and deploy integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using automation tools (native connectors, APIs, Zapier) to create seamless data flows
  • Build and maintain end-to-end workflows that eliminate manual data entry and reduce operational friction
  • Architect solutions that ensure data consistency across all platforms while respecting system limitations and data governance requirements
  • Document all integrations, workflows, and system dependencies for continuity and knowledge transfer

 Data Quality & Database Management

  • Lead initiatives to identify and remediate data quality gaps, white space, and inconsistencies within our CRM and related databases
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve seller information fill rates, ensuring complete and accurate contact, company, and engagement data
  • Conduct regular audits of data integrity across all platforms and establish metrics for measuring improvement over time
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define data standards and validation rules that support GTM objectives

 Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Design

  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing ops, and RevOps teams to understand pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during vendor evaluation processes and platform optimization initiatives
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on platform roadmaps and improvements
  • Balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic planning to build a sustainable technology foundation

 Roadmap & Continuous Improvement

  • Own the GTM technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to better leverage existing tools and evaluate new solutions
  • Conduct regular training and enablement sessions to ensure end users maximize platform adoption and effectiveness
  • Stay current with product updates, new features, and industry best practices across all managed platforms
  • Champion automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve seller productivity
