Onboarding Project Manager

This is a remote position.

The client is seeking a passionate Onboarding Project Manager to join their team. This position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites, Reviews & Reputation Management, Local Listings Management, and Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, proficiency with WordPress, ideally with using Elementor, exceptional communication skills, and a keen sense of urgency. 

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding. 
  

• Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion.
  

• Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website and any additional services the customer has purchased. 
  

• Use their highly customized version of WordPress (Elementor) to update customer websites.
  

• Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize product and service value.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience. 
  

• WordPress proficiency.
  

• Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  

• Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients. 
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  

• You can explain complex issues in simple terms. 
  

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail. 
  

• Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role. 
  

• A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems. 
  

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. 
  

• Knowledge of common internet technologies. 
  

• Comfortable with technology and learning new software. 
  

• Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office. 
  

Benefits
