  • Evaluate, document, and support the development of data architectures, including Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), dimensional and analytical data models, ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage data, analytics, and technology solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives and advance strategic Data & Analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and perform end-to-end data analysis to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve data quality, governance, and analytical capabilities.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable data products, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
  • Evaluate, document, and support the development of data architectures, including:
    • Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
    • Dimensional and analytical data models
    • ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
    • Business rules and transformation logic
    • Data governance, lineage, and metadata frameworks
    • Reporting and visualization requirements
  • Use SQL and other analytical tools to explore, profile, and analyze large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and support data quality initiatives, including profiling, validation, monitoring, and remediation processes.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Support the adoption and enablement of modern data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI-driven solutions through training, documentation, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, business stakeholders, engineers, and solution architects to implement and enhance data products and governance processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase data reliability, accessibility, usability, and business value.
  • Drive client adoption of data capabilities through scalable applications, self-service analytics, and data-driven business processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, analytics trends and bring new ideas and best practices to client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and data integration.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
