Job description

Your career in healthcare made personal

At Medibank we’ve recently unified our health services under one brand – Amplar Health.

With over 1000 employees, our nurses, GPs and other amazing allied health professionals our focus is on improving healthcare experiences and championing greater access, choice, and control for people in Australia when it comes to managing their health.

At Amplar Health, we're transforming the way healthcare is delivered. Our quest is to accelerate the health transition from traditional models and settings to personalised, on-demand care delivered closer to home.

Through our Support at Home Program, we're building an integrated, technology-enabled care model that prioritises customer choice, safety and continuity of care. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of home and community care in Australia.

The Opportunity

As Project Lead, you'll lead the delivery of strategic initiatives that support the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Support at Home program. Partnering with clinical, operational, technology and customer experience teams, you'll drive projects across workforce innovation, service capacity and operational improvement, helping to embed new ways of working and deliver meaningful transformation across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support the growth of the Support at Home program.
  • Drive operational, workforce and service delivery improvements.
  • Manage project plans, risks and stakeholder relationships.
  • Partner across clinical, operational and technology teams to implement change.
  • Track outcomes and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and performance.

This is a fixed-term parental leave opportunity through to March 2027. We offer genuine flexibility, with the option to work from home, from one of our office locations, or a blend of both. Some travel to Melbourne may be required from time to time.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects within the healthcare, aged care or community care sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience driving business process improvement and implementing change.
  • Able to work autonomously while building strong collaborative relationships across teams.

Why Amplar Health?

Join a team that's reimagining healthcare delivery and making a real difference to the lives of Australians. We offer flexible ways of working, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to contribute to one of Amplar Health's most significant transformation programs.
