We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about building rapport, solving hiring challenges, and delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will support a wide variety of salaried positions across Ferguson's Corporate Functions and Customer Groups, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top talent. Location:

This role is approved for remote work within the United States. To best support hiring managers and business partners across the groups served by this role, we are seeking candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and available during core business hours aligned to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full life cycle recruiting from kickoff call through offer acceptance.

  • Recruit for a variety of salaried positions across Ferguson's Corporate Functions and Customer Groups, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver strong hiring outcomes.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social platforms, and other recruiting channels.

  • Conduct candidate assessments and screening to provide recommendations that support informed hiring decisions.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.

  • Utilize recruiting data, market insights, and business knowledge to influence outcomes and improve results.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, operational processes, and the overall talent acquisition experience.

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and represent Ferguson's employer brand both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required; experience recruiting for a variety of professional, corporate, and/or field-based roles preferred.

  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and engage top talent.

  • Ability to build credibility quickly and develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.

  • A consultative approach and confidence working with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A continuous improvement mentality and willingness to bring new ideas forward.

  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools preferred.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,766.67 - $10,975.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
