How will you impact?

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Parser. In this role, you'll lead one of our engineering squads, collaborating closely with data science and UX/design teams to deliver innovative solutions. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offering as we build and launch a new tool with existing clients alongside leadership and a well-established, long-standing team.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Lead and manage an engineering squad within the Assortment & Planogram team
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for our new planogram tool
• Collaborate with data science teams to deliver data-driven product features
• Work closely with UX/design to ensure exceptional user experience
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client engagement throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct research and discovery activities to inform product decisions
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and delivery in an agile environment

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Product Management experience delivering complex, data-led products
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making and proficiencies in research/discovery methodologies
• Experience working with data science functions (highly preferable) and technical knowledge with insight products
• Proactive mindset with a strong ability to drive initiatives independently
• Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and departments to align on functionalities and goals
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and deep-dive analysis to deliver actionable insights that support team decision-making
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and product roadmaps in agile environments

Desirable Requirements:

• Background in the retail industry
• Experience with planogramming tools
