JOB SUMMARY:

This Revenue Specialist II ECC - Child Support Case Processing Analyst - PPFD position, on the Payment Processing Funds and Distribution Team in Region 3, performs payment processing for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers with a financial background. If you enjoy working with financial information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Analyzing and completing financial activities
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
  • Assisting customers
  • Interacting with financial services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
  • Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)

PREFERENCES: 

  • Preference will be given to candidates with Payment Processing and Fund Distribution experience.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) position; standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency (some days working remotely, all other working days will be at the Tampa Service Center, in Hillsborough County, FL).

SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annually
