1. Background

This engagement supports an enterprise deployment of Genesys CX Cloud. The effort requires coordinated training delivery and curriculum development to support adoption and long-term sustainment.

2. Objective

This role provides a qualified Instructional Learning Designer/Trainer in alignment with the Genesys CX Cloud modernization effort. The Instructional Learning Designer/Trainer will support curriculum decomposition and modular content design, enabling a reusable and scalable training framework across the enterprise, and will play a central role in delivering that training to end users, ensuring readiness is maintained in sync with deployment waves.

3. Services

Training Delivery: The resource will serve as a primary or supporting trainer, leading live VILT sessions and, as needed, in-person/hybrid sessions. This includes:

• Facilitating instructor-led training for varied audiences
• Adapting delivery style and pacing to different learner skill levels and roles
• Managing classroom/virtual session logistics, including roster development, scheduling, and learner engagement
• Fielding real-time questions and troubleshooting system issues during live sessions
• Administering post-training surveys, documenting attendance and feedback, and analyzing results to inform curriculum refinement
• Preparing and delivering training reports and readiness summaries following each session
• Supporting train-the-trainer sessions to help build internal training capacity, as needed

Content & Curriculum Design: The resource will support in decomposing existing Genesys CX Cloud training materials into reusable, modular components and support the mapping of content across workforce roles. The resource will assist in developing a modular, Section 508-compliant curriculum framework.

Project Coordination & Compliance: The resource will participate in project coordination activities and Agile ceremonies as needed, aligning all work to the project schedule and direction of the engagement lead.

4. Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Genesys Cloud/CX Cloud system training
• Demonstrated experience as a lead trainer/facilitator for enterprise-scale, live virtual (VILT) and in-person training programs
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills, including modular/reusable content design
• Skilled in adult learning principles and differentiated instruction for varied technical skill levels
• Confident public speaking and group facilitation skills, with ability to manage audience engagement and Q&A in real time
• Experience developing and administering training assessments, surveys, and feedback loops to measure effectiveness
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training documentation/reporting tools
• Experience with Section 508 compliance a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a full-time (up to 40 hrs/week) schedule
