Job description

Marathon TS is looking for a ServiceNow developer who is excited to grow with us on an Agile team supporting a variety of applications for USCIS. As an expert in digital strategy, you will be helping meet our goal of empowering citizen development.

What You'll Do
  • Interface with enterprise teams responsible for the re-platforming and development of locally developed applications.
  • Participate in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
  • Understand business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the business groups.
  • Develop working knowledge of the client's vision and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Current Client EOD preferred/Ability to receive Client EOD Required.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications
  • Experience with ITSM
  • Experience working on an Agile team.
  • Possess a ServiceNow Certification.
  • Client‐focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of Portal or CMDB
