SUMMARY

The Clinical Specialist - Floater (CS - F) provides expert oversight to ensure the safe, compliant, and high?quality delivery of in?center hemodialysis care across an assigned geographic region.

As a float resource, the Clinical Specialist - Floater (CS-F) is deployed across multiple facilities, regions, or markets based on business need. Assignments may vary in duration and require rapid integration into new clinical and operational environments to support performance, staffing, or leadership gaps.

The CS monitors clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
