We are looking for automotive professionals with solid experience in advanced diagnostics who want to transition into a specialized technical position, becoming a technical reference point for other workshops. You will work by helping vehicle repair professionals diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic breakdowns, utilizing all your technical experience and collaborating with an international network of workshops.

 

🎯 What will your mission be?

You will be part of our Technical Hotline team, providing specialized technical assistance to automotive workshops in the Swedish market.

 

🔧 What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Answer technical queries from workshops via phone and email.
  • Guide automotive professionals through advanced diagnosis and repair processes.
  • Analyze complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic breakdowns.
  • Interpret electrical diagrams, technical documentation, and repair procedures.
  • Consult databases, technical bulletins, and specialized documentation to offer the best possible solution.
  • Provide technical support for hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Collaborate with international teams in technical meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow up on cases until they are resolved.

 

👤 What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are passionate about the automotive sector, with a solid technical foundation and the ability to convey knowledge clearly and in a structured manner.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a passenger car automotive workshop.
  • ✅ Extensive experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting complex breakdowns.
  • ✅ Interpretation of electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical procedures clearly and effectively.
  • Minimum B2 level of English to participate in meetings, training, and internal communications.
  • C2, bilingual, or equivalent proficiency in Swedish.

 

We will especially value

  • Previous experience in technical support or remote assistance.
  • Vocational training (FP) in Automotive, Electromechanics, or similar.
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles (EV/HEV).
  • Use of an oscilloscope for advanced diagnostics.
  • Experience in CAN network diagnostics and electronic systems.
