Job description

Join us!

As our Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will own the emotional and reputational equity customers build with IntegrityNext beyond their day-to-day use of our platform. You will develop our customer advocacy engine, strengthen relationships with strategic stakeholders, bring authentic customer stories to market, and create experiences that turn professional interactions into lasting memories.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Editorial Content, Creative, Sales, and Field Marketing. Where customer marketing and Customer Success intersect, such as value discovery, expansion signals, and advocacy-sourced opportunities, you will operate through genuine shared ownership. You will contribute insight and engagement signals without duplicating account management or competing for commercial attribution.

What can you expect?

Build Customer Advocacy and Storytelling
  • Build and manage an end-to-end customer reference program covering case studies, testimonials, peer reviews, speaking opportunities, and sales references
  • Recruit and maintain an active pipeline of customer advocates across different industries, markets, and use cases
  • Create a centralized and reliable record of customer advocacy, testimonial, and reference engagements
  • Partner with Editorial Content to source, develop, and publish real, named customer stories
  • Identify flagship customer narratives that can be activated across campaigns, events, sales conversations, and thought-leadership formats
Create an Engaged Customer Community
  • Develop lifecycle journeys that keep customer advocates engaged, recognized, and connected over time
  • Build community rituals and recurring formats that give customers a durable sense of belonging
  • Create opportunities for customers to exchange knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to the wider IntegrityNext community
  • Develop an active community model that grows beyond individual campaigns or one-off events
  • Track community participation and advocacy engagement as contributing signals to customer retention and expansion
Strengthen Relationship Equity
  • Map executive sponsors, users, champions, and other key stakeholders across strategic customer accounts
  • Define and maintain a relationship-health model focused on trust, advocacy, and belonging
  • Design stakeholder journeys that deepen relationships beyond day-to-day product and account interactions
  • Create signature experiences that strengthen customer connection to IntegrityNext and to one another
  • Bring a genuine host’s perspective to executive dinners, conferences, and customer gatherings by curating atmosphere, hospitality, and meaningful personal connection
Enable Customer Value Discovery
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion signals and establish a shared customer-value model
  • Develop and maintain a value-discovery playbook that helps customers uncover additional value across the IntegrityNext platform
  • Support coherent value communication across customer touchpoints, programs, and experiences
  • Ensure customers experience one consistent IntegrityNext brand story throughout their relationship with us
  • Contribute customer-marketing signals to renewal and expansion discussions without duplicating Customer Success account-health ownership
Build a Scalable Customer Marketing Engine
  • Define the operating model, processes, tools, and governance required to scale customer marketing activities
  • Recruit the first group of advocates and establish the foundations of the reference and community programs within your first 90 days
  • Launch an executive engagement program, initial signature experiences, and the value-discovery playbook within the first six months
  • Establish relationship-health tracking across strategic accounts and develop a self-sustaining advocacy engine
  • Measure active references, case studies, peer reviews, advocacy-sourced pipeline contribution, community engagement, and relationship health
  • Demonstrate how advocacy and engagement contribute to renewal and expansion together with Customer Success
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work jointly with Customer Success on expansion-signal identification and value-discovery metrics
  • Partner with Editorial Content to create a continuous source pipeline for customer stories and thought-leadership material
  • Collaborate with Creative on the design and production of signature customer experiences
  • Support Sales and Field Marketing with customer references, advocacy assets, and qualified advocacy-sourced opportunities
  • Navigate shared ownership with diplomacy, transparency, and a clear understanding of functional responsibilities

What should you bring along?

  • Experience creating high-quality, experience-led events or hospitality formats for senior audiences
Technical/Methodolical Skills
  • Strong understanding of customer advocacy, lifecycle engagement, community building, and relationship-marketing methodologies
  • Ability to design measurable programs, operating models, stakeholder journeys, and relationship-health frameworks

  • High level of creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment and turning broad objectives into practical programs
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills across executive, customer-facing, creative, commercial, and operational teams
