Responsibilities:

  • Prepare board- and executive-level reporting, translating program data into clear, decision-ready narratives
  • Serve as a connective force across sales, client engagement, marketing, finance, and operations, driving cross-team collaboration and shared accountability on go-to-market programs
  • Collaborate with GTM Operations on enablement materials, playbooks, and training that equip client-facing teams to execute retention and renewal strategies consistently
  • Own program governance, including providing regular reporting metrics to leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to remove blockers and keep programs on track
  • Identify process gaps in the client lifecycle and lead improvement initiatives from problem definition through rollout
  • Monitor client experience signals and translate insights into program adjustments to improve satisfaction
  • Manage program documentation, communication cadences, and stakeholder updates to keep all partners aligned
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
