Process Manufacturing

This role is part of our Process Manufacturing business unit, which delivers ERP and operational software to manufacturers that transform raw materials into finished goods through formulas, recipes, or batch-driven processes. We serve food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, nutraceutical, paint, supply chain logistics and related manufacturers - supporting end-to-end operations built for measurable performance outcomes.



PlanetTogether provides advanced planning and scheduling software (APS) and thoughtware for multi-plant manufacturers. PlanetTogether APS tightly integrates with SAP, Microsoft, and other supply chain systems. We believe that manufacturing is a super force of social change. About the Role

CAI Software is seeking an experienced supply chain and/or production planning professional, who is ready to take the next step in his or her career as Regional Manager within our Global Partnerships team.  This role will focus on Global Partnership growth for our new PlanetTogether product that provides advanced planning and scheduling software (APS) and thoughtware for multi-plant manufacturers.  In general, we're looking for team members whose equilibrium is juggling multiple projects and priorities. Strong candidates will possess an innate ability to set the standard and strive for excellence every minute of the day.

 

What You'll Do

  • Overseeing the expansion of the partner SI services capabilities within the region (e.g. integration, design, configuration, and project management).
  • Providing dedicated partner support on any pre-sales, sales, and training activities, including but not limited to conducting product demonstrations, leading initial sales calls, attending industry events, etc.
  • Leading enablement workshops within the region.
  • Maintaining up-to-date partner rosters which detail roles and capabilities of each individual partner resource.
  • Serving as PlanetTogether’s leadership contact in the assigned region(s).
  • Providing partners with product and implementation expertise in the region.
  • Delivering weekly reports to PlanetTogether’s Executive Leadership Team on all strategic and tactical initiatives.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience in the supply chain or production planning space.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing detailed production scheduling solutions (PlanetTogether preferred, though experience in software similar to OpCenter, Eyelit, Asprova, and Ortems is also acceptable).
  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic relationships and accounts.
  • Advanced aptitude and ability to demonstrate the use of integrated enterprise software.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other relational databases would be helpful.
  • Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable speaking with colleagues, partners, and clients across all mediums.
  • Conversational skills in Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), Spanish, or German a major plus.
