Job description

In StaffingAbroad we’re looking for our next Loan Specialist for one of the most important Fintech in the United States!

The Loan Specialist helps qualified clients to apply for loans with our lending partners and acts as a liaison between us and the lender.

Responsibilities:
• Contacts pre-qualified clients to review the loan program and facilitate applications.
• Reviews additional criteria to determine client eligibility.
• Help the client complete the full application or transfer the client to the lender.

Requirements:
• Advanced English Level (C1)
• BPO experience is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in bank accounts (Capital One, Scotiabank, etc)
• Experience using CRM systems is a must.
• Experience with sales is a plus!
• Fintech experience is a plus!
