In StaffingAbroad we’re looking for our next DTC Loan Processing Agent for one of the most important Fintech in the United States! TheDTC Loan Processing Agent helps qualified clients to apply for loans with our lending partners and acts as a liaison between us and the lender.
Responsibilities:
• Contacts pre-qualified clients to review the loan program and facilitate applications.
• Explains in general terms how the loan program works.
• Explains the benefits of the loan program.
• Reviews additional criteria to determine client eligibility.
• If the client consents, complete the preliminary application.
• Help the client complete the full application or transfer the client to the lender.
Requirements:
• Advanced English Level (C1)
• BPO experience is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in sales is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in bank accounts (Capital One, Scotiabank, etc)
• Experience using CRM systems is a must.
• Fintech experience is a plus!
