  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in software development or application architecture
  • Experience designing a range of solution types, including new system builds, legacy modernization/enhancement, build-vs-buy analysis, COTS integrations, and SaaS/PaaS-enabled solutions
  • Strong experience in solution design patterns, architecture methods, and modern application/integration architecture approaches
  • Experience with Agile Lean Architecture and the ability to operate effectively in iterative delivery environments
  • Cloud architecture with emphasis on AWS and GCP
  • Containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • CI/CD and delivery enablement, including tools such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows
  • Microservices and service decomposition strategies

  • Experience supporting claims adjudication or other high-volume transactional healthcare platforms
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), or similar enterprise Agile delivery models
  • Experience designing for large-scale, high-availability, high-throughput environments with complex dependencies and multiple integration points
  • Experience in cloud transformation, modernization, and hybrid architecture environments
