Job Title- Cisco Firewall Engineer L2
Job Type- Remote

Level 2 Cisco Firewall Support Engineer

Position Overview

We are hiring a Level 2 Cisco Firewall Support Engineer to provide advanced operational support and configuration management for enterprise Cisco Firewall Environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure firewall policies, NAT rules, and VPN connectivity
• Troubleshoot advanced connectivity incidents
• Analyze logs and packet captures
• Support upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Maintain HA configurations
• Participate in change management
• Guide Level 1 engineers
• Document configurations

Required Qualifications

Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge
Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience
Packet analysis skills
Centralized firewall management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP Security/Enterprise
• Automation exposure
• Change management experience

Experience

3–5 years firewall or network security operations experience
