As a Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant at Impact Advisors you will continue to grow your healthcare career in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities

  • Support client engagements focused on supply chain optimization.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare client-ready reports, dashboards, and analyses that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  •  Participate in on-site and virtual meetings with hospital leaders and department managers, serving as a trusted and professional client representative.
  • Assist with frontline manager coaching by helping leaders understand labor metrics, staffing drivers, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with peers and practice leaders to support engagement planning, deliverables, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply knowledge of hospital operations, workflows, and supply chain to ensure analyses and recommendations are practical and actionable.
  • Support change management efforts by helping leaders adopt new tools, processes, and management behaviors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably with a healthcare provider or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and physician/hospital clinical supplies, services, and operations.
  • Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required.
  • Track record of consistently reaching or exceeding cost savings targets and goals.
  • ERP, inventory management, distribution and logistics, and Procure-to-pay automation understanding, and experience are a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare contracting methodologies including Local Agreements, Group Purchasing Organizations, and Regional Group Purchasing Organizations are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing including Physician Preference Items within the operating rooms, and/or cardiac catheterization lab is a plus.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Able to travel 80% of the time
  • Authorized to work in the US

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $95,000 - $180,000.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
