JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will support THE·TEAM’s business development and creative storytelling across creator-led IP, digital talent ventures, original content formats, brand partnerships, experiential concepts, social-first campaigns, and commercial opportunities connected to talent and creator businesses.

The Presentation Designer will work closely with business development leads, agents, managers, creative teams, and executive stakeholders to translate ideas, opportunities, and strategies into polished, persuasive, and visually compelling materials. This person should be highly fluent in deck design, visual storytelling, and brand interpretation, with the ability to move quickly between internal presentations, external pitch decks, credentials materials, sales tools, creative mockups, and client-facing business development materials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design high-quality presentation materials for the IP & Creators division, including pitch decks, credentials decks, sales materials, internal presentations, talent-facing materials, and external business development presentations.
  • Translate creator-led IP, digital talent opportunities, original content formats, experiential ideas, and brand partnership concepts into visually compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with business development leads, account teams, agents, managers, creative teams, and executive stakeholders to develop materials that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Uphold, interpret, and adapt brand guidelines across THE·TEAM, client, brand partner, creator, and talent-facing materials.
  • Build templates, layouts, and presentation systems that are polished, flexible, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Quickly solve for common presentation challenges, including text-heavy slides, unclear narratives, confusing layouts, ineffective design, and dense charts or tables.
  • Turn early-stage ideas, loose concepts, and strategic notes into visually cohesive decks that support business development and partnership conversations.
  • Source, select, and place imagery that strengthens storytelling and matches the tone, audience, and purpose of each presentation.
  • Maintain strong image display standards and visual consistency across presentation formats.
  • Support creative pitches by developing mockups, visual concepts, and creative assets across digital, social, experiential, content, and partnership opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure presentations meet a high standard of design, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Stay current on visual trends across creator marketing, social platforms, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, digital culture, branded content, and emerging media formats.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2–4+ years of experience developing presentation decks, visual systems, creative assets, or design materials, ideally within a creative, digital, sponsorship, entertainment, talent, creator, experiential, or brand partnership environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, layout, typography, image selection, and brand interpretation.
  • Experience creating pitch decks, credentials decks, sales materials, client presentations, or business development materials.
  • Strong understanding of how to build a story visually and match images, words, data, and design choices to a clear narrative.
  • Ability to quickly understand and apply different brand identities, visual systems, and audience expectations.
  • Interest in creator-led IP, digital talent, content formats, social-first storytelling, brand partnerships, and cultural trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, responsive, and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including agents, managers, business development leads, executives, and creative teams.
  • Commitment to excellence, including anticipating issues, communicating clearly, and working nonstandard hours when business needs require.
  • Curiosity about emerging platforms, creator trends, digital culture, and new ways brands and talent engage audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Motion, video, social content, or mockup experience is a plus.
