JOB OVERVIEW:
The LIVE·TEAM is seeking a talented and versatile Designer to support our long-term partnership with the NFL, contributing to the creative delivery of one of the world’s most iconic sporting brands.
This role will report to the Senior Creative Lead, NFL and sits at the heart of our creative team, working across a variety of projects spanning live event branding, large-format graphics, digital assets, and immersive environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both print and digital design, excellent art working skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life across 2D and 3D mediums.


We’re looking for a mid-level designer who is collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, someone who takes direction well, designs confidently to brief, and contributes positively to the team culture.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
•    Design Execution: Create and adapt visual concepts across print, digital, and environmental formats , including large-scale graphics, signage, wayfinding, and event branding.
•    Art Working & Production Prep: Scale and format creative assets for various applications, ensuring design accuracy, quality, and consistency across all outputs.
•    3D Design Support: Contribute to the visualization of spaces, structures, and experiences using 3D tools to help bring creative concepts to life.
•    Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, production, and client teams to develop and refine ideas that align with the NFL’s brand vision and guidelines.
•    Design to Brief: Interpret creative briefs effectively and deliver smart, on-brand, and innovative design solutions that meet objectives and deadlines.
•    File & Asset Management: Maintain organized, well-structured design files ready for production and internal review.
•    Flexibility: Support the creative team during key live events or site activations, assisting with design adaptations and quick-turnaround requests as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
•    Strong understanding of both print and digital environments.
•    Skilled in scaling, formatting, and preparing artwork for production.
•    Solid 3D design capabilities (Cinema4D, Blender, SketchUp, or similar).
•    Competent across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
•    Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
•    Able to take direction, collaborate openly, and communicate effectively.
•    Comfortable working to structured brand guidelines while contributing creative flair.
•    Proactive, positive, and reliable team player with strong time management skills.
 

Education and Experience
•    Experience in live events, sports branding, or experiential environments preferred.
•    Experience in live events, sports, or large-scale brand activations preferred.
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required.
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in print project management and/or agency experience on experiential marketing projects. 
•    Experience with Corebridge, Smartsheets, a plus
•    Proficient in Excel and other MS programs
