We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Commercial Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our team in Romania.

In this role, you will work side by side with the sales team and contribute directly to business success by ensuring fast, reliable, and high-quality support to our customers.

Your Impact:

• Support the sales team in winning and growing business
• Ensure fast and accurate handling of offers and orders
• Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience
• Help improve efficiency and quality in daily operations

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customer quotations and orders
• Act as a key contact for customers on commercial topics
• Follow up on offers together with sales to support order conversion
• Monitor deliveries and proactively manage any issues
• Support key customers with commercial coordination
• Maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP systems
• Handle customer requests and complaints in a solution-oriented way

Your Profile:

• Experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Good command of MS Office and business systems

Languages:

• Romanian (native)
• English (professional level)
