Field Application Engineer (m/w/d) – Process Automation Solutions (Explosion Protection | HMI | Ethernet-APL)

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Process Automation Solutions gemeinsam mit Kunden und unseren internationalen Competence Centern – insbesondere in den Bereichen Explosion Protection Solutions (Ex-Steuerungen, Purge & Pressurization), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) sowie Ethernet-APL
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Koordination technischer Anforderungen als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Competence Centern, Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung neuer Kundenapplikationen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Markteinführung neuer Produkte und Technologien
  • Durchführung technischer Kundenschulungen, Workshops, Messeauftritte und Produktpräsentationen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Expertise Team sowie Dokumentation und Weitergabe erfolgreicher Kundenlösungen und Best Practices
  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Methoden, KPIs und Prozesse innerhalb unserer Matrixorganisation

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, Application Engineering oder Projektgeschäft
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessautomation, idealerweise in den Bereichen Explosion Protection Solutions, HMI, Ethernet-APL oder industrieller Kommunikation
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Freude an komplexen Kundenlösungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Vertriebsregion
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
