A Day in the Life of a QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our industry-leading device management and provisioning solutions. As part of a dynamic R&D team, you will own the end-to-end Functional Testing, Strategizing test activities, and deliver a quality product.

Location - Remote, Bengaluru, India

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the functional, integration, performance, and automation testing
  • Lead QA activities across release cycles, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Build, scale, and maintain robust test automation.
  • performance Testing knowledge is plus
  • Ensure requirements are testable, well-defined, and adequately covered
  • Own test case design, execution, and defect management with clear reporting
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage
  • Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Have knowledge of cloud and microservice architecture and have hands with deploying apps in cloud.
  • Should have knowledge on Kubernetes, helm charts.
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of customer-reported issues
  • Champion a quality-first mindset and continuous improvement.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Hands on experience functional testing with test automation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Hands on experience with cloud technology, microservice architecture, application servers, deployments and debugging customer issues.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and platforms
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle and MariaDB
  • Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Wireshark
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Deep understanding of testing best practices, and defect management
  • Strong debugging skills and identifying test scenarios.
