Job Summary

Responsible for driving the creation and activation of new travel agencies and users on the Bedsonline platform, ensuring high-quality onboarding and training before transitioning them to long-term account management. The role also focuses on promoting the platform through consistent client engagement to meet interaction targets, while supporting digital transformation by encouraging early adoption of self-service tools and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To acquire and activate new travel agencies using a mix of digital programmes and targeted phone/video calls and webinars
  • Managing a large influx of e-registration leads via Salesforce (creation and conversion)
  • Complete a certain number of interactions and generated tasks per week with new clients to train and activate them on Bedsonline
  • Assist clients in becoming self-sufficient on our operating systems and processes
  • Update sales interactions using the Salesforce CRM system (calls, tasks, opportunities)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Genuinely interested in the travel industry and driven to improve processes
  • Strong communication skills - high degree of interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence a range of different personality types.
  • Driven by results - self-motivated and a "team player", resourceful and creative with a strong customer service streak
  • Able to self-organise and happily handle high volumes of enquiries
  • Candidate should ideally possess a Diploma or Professional Degree (but is not a must) or an intermediate sales track record
  • Basic knowledge of sales management in a hospitality set up preferred
  • Min. 1 year experience in the travel industry highly preferred
  • Fluent English (required) & market/region language (essential)
  • Computer literate (especially with Microsoft Excel) and understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies (specifically Salesforce & Tableau)
