Job Summary

This person will be responsible for managing the accounts of suppliers assigned to his/her portfolio, with a specific focus on overseeing and supporting the Portuguese supplier base. He/she will act as the key Finance contact for the SPA suppliers of the company.

you will be responsible for the invoice accounting and solution of incidences, prepare ordinary payment proposals, debt accounts, prepayment requests review, reconciling accounts and giving support and will give support to internal and external clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • A good understanding of account payable principles, previous experience desired
  • Good negotiation and analytical profile
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, SAP experience desired
  • Team player, detail oriented, results oriented, self-motivated with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (MUST)
