Principal Accountabilities:

• End to End US Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and on-boarding.
  
• Sourcing candidates through Employee Referral, Database, Job Portals and social media.
  
• Candidate Engagement - Providing a professional experience to the candidate from the first call to the candidate up to joining.
  
• Team Management
  
• Training freshers
  
• Closing positions and ensure quality hiring within TAT.
  

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment specialized in US IT Recruitment
  
• Experience in Team Handling
  
• Experience in training freshers
  
• Good understanding of US Tax terms
  
• Expert in recruitment full life cycle
  
• Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, Dice, Monster, social networking sites.
  
• Excellent Fluent English is a must - Proven written and verbal communications.
  
• Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  
• Must be target oriented
  
• Candidates are preferred who have the experience in working on W2 .
