Our client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Analyst I - Real World Testing of Access & Availability for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Analyst – Access & Availability supports the enterprise initiative to ensure members can obtain timely behavioral health care within network standards. This role focuses on outbound provider outreach, validating provider data, and documenting results in enterprise tools (e.g., QuickBase).
  • Key responsibilities include confirming appointment availability and scheduling practices, reviewing directory accuracy, and maintaining audit-ready records. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with phone-based outreach, and proficiency in data entry and documentation.
  • Initiate direct outbound calls to providers to verify appointment availability and scheduling timelines.
  • Conduct phone calls professionally, adhering to established outreach scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Review and validate provider data, including directory accuracy, contact information, and specialty details.
  • Accurately document all results in enterprise tools such as QuickBase, maintaining a focus on data quality and compliance.
  • Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures for Access & Availability studies to ensure consistent processes.
  • Document any discrepancies or systemic issues for escalation to leadership for resolution.
  • Make direct outbound calls to providers to verify appointment availability and scheduling timelines
  • Be comfortable conducting calls and following outreach scripts professionally
  • Review and validate provider data, including directory accuracy, contact details, and specialties
  • Document results in enterprise tools (e.g., QuickBase) with attention to data quality and compliance
  • Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures for Access & Availability studies
  • Escalate discrepancies or systemic issues to leadership for resolution
  • This role supports enterprise initiatives focused on provider access and data accuracy. It combines high-volume data entry with outbound provider calls to validate appointment availability and provider information.
  • This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role requiring strong accuracy, adaptability, and comfort with repetitive tasks.
  • Perform high-volume data entry from:
  • Provider phone interactions
  • Provider websites and large aggregator platforms
  • Conduct outbound calls to provider offices to verify:
  • Appointment availability
  • Scheduling timelines (e.g., first available therapy appointment)
  • Document results in real time with a strong focus on accuracy and audit readiness
Support both:
  • Call-based validation work
  • Data-only projects (no phone work) depending on business needs
  • Follow workflows and escalate discrepancies as needed
  • The analyst is responsible for confirming appointment availability and scheduling procedures, reviewing the accuracy of provider directories, and maintaining records that are audit-ready.
  • Success in this role demands a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in phone-based communications, and strong skills in data entry and documentation.
 
Requirements:

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data entry tasks.
  • Technical proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and phone systems efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to new software and workflow changes.
  • Self-motivated, efficient, and flexible, able to embrace change, meet critical turnaround objectives, and drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using QuickBase or similar enterprise tools for data capture and reporting
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, with strong phone etiquette
  • Behavioral health familiarity
  • Experience with provider data validation, directory accuracy checks, or network adequacy assessments
  • Ability to interpret trends from call data and provide actionable insights
  • High-Volume Data Entry Accuracy & Speed (PRIMARY DRIVER)
  • Required Level: High
  • This role is ~60% data entry, often repetitive and audit-sensitive.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy over long periods of repetitive work
  • Speed without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort working from multiple sources (calls + provider websites)
  • Outbound Calling & Real-Time Documentation:

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
