Role Summary

The Program Analyst, Incentive Operations supports the execution of Sophos global incentive programs through data management, system administration, and operational support. This role is critical to maintaining data accuracy, supporting internal and partner inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution across SPIFFs, rebates, and BDF programs.

The role will also support incentive platform management, including program setup, data maintenance, and troubleshooting in partnership with vendors. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Excel capabilities, experience with Salesforce and Power BI, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The accuracy of the work performed in this role directly impacts partner attainment, incentive payments, executive reporting, and partner communications.

Impact of the Role

  • Serves as the operational owner for incentive program data integrity, ensuring accuracy across complex datasets that drive partner attainment, executive reporting, and multi-million dollar rebate payments. Ensures data accuracy and operational integrity across global incentive programs
  • Maintains rigorous data validation and quality control processes to minimize operational risk and ensure confidence in program reporting.
  • Enables timely and reliable reporting for internal stakeholders and partner communications
  • Supports a consistent partner experience through accurate execution and issue resolution
  • Acts as a critical bridge between systems, data, and operational execution
Please note, this will role will have US shift, and the shift timings are 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST) 

What you will do
  • Manage and maintain incentive program data, including eligibility, deal tracking, and attainment
    Configure and set up incentive programs within incentive management platforms based on defined program requirements
  • Perform complex data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and manual data manipulation across multiple data sources prior to system uploads.
  • Maintain ongoing data integrity across Salesforce, incentive platforms, and supporting operational spreadsheets.
  • Generate recurring reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Support internal stakeholder and external partner inquiries related to program participation, attainment, and payouts.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies in program data, payouts, and system outputs in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Support enrollment tracking, bulk data uploads, payout preparation, and payment validation.
  •  Develop and maintain process documentation and audit trails supporting manual data transformations and operational activities.
  •  Identify data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Program Managers and Partner Care teams to ensure successful operational execution of global incentive programs.

What you will bring
  • 5+ years minimum in data operations, program administration, or similar field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, formula troubleshooting, conditional logic, and manipulation of large datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce
  • Experience working with large datasets and operational systems
  • Demonstrated ability to validate, reconcile, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
