Job description

As a Product Manager for Acxiom’s data products, you will be responsible for shaping and advancing the direction of our core data products. In this role, you are responsible for defining product goals, collaborating on the roadmap, and driving feature development to align with market, customer, and organizational needs.

You will work as an individual contributor, partnering with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, Privacy, Finance and Marketing—to set priorities, deliver solutions, and ensure data products are effective, user-friendly, and competitively positioned.

This position emphasizes continuous improvement and product innovation, aiming to maximize the impact and value of core data products for customers and stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and goals including the evolution of product offerings, and innovation of new product offerings.
  • Collect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements, turning them into actionable product enhancements and plans.
  • Identify and address market risks, opportunities, and competitive threats, supporting successful launches and product updates.
  • Manage product launches, customer feedback, and ongoing enhancement, including post-launch assessment and roadmap adjustments.
  • Create & communicate internal and external facing marketing communications & product collateral
  • Define and track KPIs (revenue, availability, quality, adoption, cost efficiency) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve scale, reliability, and efficiency

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or product development.
  • Practical knowledge of data aggregation, modeling and audience segmentation.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products.
  • Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech realms.
